Break It Down Philadelphia (BIDP) 2023 ‼️🤩

Break It Down Philadelphia (BIDP) 2023, formerly known as Break It Down Boston, is a gathering of Christian acapella groups from the Northeast for a day of worship, fellowship, and praise.

This year, it was hosted in Philadelphia by UPenn's Christian acapella group, Full Measure. It started on Friday evening with a pre-BIDP hangout as most groups arrive in Philadelphia and get to know each other.

BIDP itself was the whole day on Saturday! All 17 groups met formally in the morning for Check-In; thereafter, everyone was divided into pre-assigned groups to participate in street performances and lunch in the afternoon. (We were paired with Princeton's Kindred Spirit!) Later in the afternoon, the groups reassembled for soundcheck as we prepared for the evening concert, which was open to the members of the community.
